Sake muy fácil de beber y bien estructurado, elaborado con tres variedades de arroz distintas: Yamadanishiki, Kimmonnishiki y Gohyakumangoku. Para tomar frío, de suave aroma y textura ligera con un final limpio.

Rihaku Junmai Daiginjo

Pulido al 45% con una apertura reducida, como los grandes vinos blancos. La golosidad en el paladar es notable aunque se enfunda como un guante al conjunto. Es fino y sedoso con un acento cálido al final que esquiva la redondez. Consumo: 8ºC.
