Dakidaya is a new and different concept for a restaurant. At the end of 2012 with the closure of the restaurant Matsu where I worked as the chef, I decided to undertake a new initiative to satisfy the lovers of Japanese cuisine in Barcelona. This is a "reallity cooking" where diners taste a menu of Japanese food in the house of a high-end chef. A different and intimate experience, only 10 people, one table, and so much more...
